The room was fully equipped with a place to store toiletries, making for a delightful stay, in a convenient and very pleasant location within walking distance to everything.

The stuff where efficient people. We had twin room, and it was light. The bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to have coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators...

The venue is tidy, with peaceful and incredible location so close to the bus station, an alley, the Clayhanger. The units were airy where to put toiletries in bathroom. Attentive and pleasant staff as one would expect.

The staff was hard-working. The accommodation was lovely and tidy. Thoroughly enjoyed coffee/tea makers, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities in the room. Liked the view of the city. Reasonably priced and comfortable location. Near Hartshill Park, convenient to go everywhere. Stoke-on-Trent Garden Festival was 5 km away from the hotel. Had a perfectly pleasant stay during my one-night visit.

This lovely small property offers nicely decorated units and a wide array of lovely food. The staff is really helpful and provides a free wake-up service and ironing facilities.

The guest house was neat and the staff were hard-working. The service was good and the location was convenient, with the New Vic Theatre and eateries just a short walk away. Alton Towers was only a 5-minute drive from the guest house.

the location was reasonably priced, just next door to Hartshill Park. the Greyhound pub and the town centre are within easy reach. 3. Free parking was an excellent bonus. 4. the Kiln was a nice place to chill when it was hot outside.
